METPRODURABLE REINFORCED –R115
- RReinforced Polythene to Paper Laminate 115-155gsm.
- Reinforced Polythene to Paper Laminate 115-155gsm.
- Designed for the wrapping of sheet steel or other sheet metal products.
- Available with 1 or 2 directional reinforcement, in bleached or unbleached,with or without VCI.
- Printed 1 or 2 colours.
- Available in widths up to 1800mm as standard – larger widths can be accommodated.
METPROUNION
- Waterproof Lining Paper 120gsm-210gsm.
- Known as Kraft Union or bitumastic papers.
- Used for lining pallets for transit and storage as well as lining export packing cases.
- Available in rolls or sheets.
- Available as Def Stan 81/48.
REINFORCED METPROUNION
- Reinforced Waterproof Lining Papers 145gsm – 230gsm.
- Used in export packing cases where strength is important.
- Building Grades to BS1521 available.
- Available with 1 or 2 directional reinforcement.
- Available in rolls or sheeted form.
METPROCREPE WAXED LAMINATE
- Waxed Laminated Crepe 150/225gsm.
- Laminated form of MetProCrepe.
- Used for protective wrapping of wire coils and also in the steel strip industry where a waterproof barrier is required as well as a stretch factor.
- More associated with larmoth wrapping machines.
- Available with VCI treatment.• In roll form only in widths up to 1500mm.
METPROSEAL
- Self Sealing Kraft 70gsm – 100gsm.
- Used in wrapping, for example tubular metal furniture.
- Will stick to itself and not leave residue nor stick to item it is wrapping.
- Available printed with 1 or 2 colour logo.
- Common reel widths – 114mm, 125mm, 150mm, 175mm, 187mm.
METPROCUSHION – VCI BOARD
- Anti Corrosion Corrugated Board 305gsm – 425gsm.
- Single walled corrugated board can be die cut to form a variety of shapes.
- Can be VCI treated on 1 side or both.
- Available sheeted, rolled or in a flat packed tube form on a roll.
- Used for packing with steel strapping and steel rods and protects steel, copper/brass, tin plate, aluminium, nickel and cast iron.
- Also supplied to the Automotive Industry with VCI.
METPROCUSHION – SSS GRADE
- Self Adhesive Corrugated Kraft 265gsm.
- Used as protective postal packaging material.
- Manufactured to B Flute as standard.
- Available in sheets or reels.
METPROWEAVE
- Heavy Duty Export Liner 150gsm – 190gsm.
- Waterproof.
- Used for packing of steel coil for export and lining export packing cases.
- Supplied in reel form with a woven polypropylene laminated to paper.
- Variety of grammages available.
- With or without VCI treatment.
METPROHESSIAN
- Paper Lined Jute 375gsm.
- Hessian laminated to paper with bitumen.
- Used as a heavy duty export case liner as well as for sugar
- and animal feed sacks.
- Supplied in rolls or sheets.
- Maximum width 1520mm, minimum quantity is approx 1800m.
- Available without paper lamination.
METPROWAX
- Total substance 55 to 105 gsm.
- Known as waxed or engineering papers.
- Product widely used in the engineering industry for its grease and oil resisting properties.
- Available in rolls or sheets.
- Also available as a VCI paper with one side wax coated to form a moisture barrier for carton lining.
METPROCREPE WAXED
- Paraffin Waxed Creped Kraft 145-185gsm.
- Waxed Crepe grades are used where an oil and grease resistance is required combined with wrapping mouldability.
- Used for packing automotive parts such as ball bearings.
- Available in widths up to 1200mm in sheets or rolls.
