0527 Combustion Catalyst
MetPro Group has developed a solid fuel combustion catalyst for the effective treatment of solid fuel fired boilers, furnaces and kilns. As an additive it is easily introduced to the coal feed stream of most boilers and yields a significant reduction in the noxious pollutants emitted during combustion while also improving boiler efficiency.
 
 Product Features:
 · 10% to 30% saving on the amount of feed coal used.
 · 15% to 25% saving in electricity because of reduced work rate of ID and FD fans.
 ·  The thermal efficiency of the boiler increased by 7% to 15%.
 · The output of the boiler increased by 10% to 17%
 · Coal catalyst increases the temp of the flame in combustion chamber by 70 to 200ºC
 · Enhances the carbon oxygen reaction.
 · Reduction in corrosion of boilers and coal burners. 
 · Reduced smoke density because with better mixing of coal and Nitrogen.
